  •  this is a great diary series. (15+ / 0-)

I was raised on this man's kindness and his puppets just like everyone else.

and I always loved how it seemed he did it on his lunch break or whatever (how he ditched the suitcoat and hardbottoms for the cardigan and sneakers... only to put them back on and head out the door at the end of the show)

I truly felt like I was his "neighbor".

and again... I didn't know he'd done this.  RIP Fred Rogers.

trying to keep this an ongoin thing. hope this gets some recommends, would like to have a little readership going into further people.

On the right theres the obvious right ring heroes 'reagan', etc. On the left however, the true heroes are the everyday people who go out and do good for their communities and the world and they do not get the recognition for their progressive agenda that they deserve. And im sure they dont want to be politicized but sometimes people need leaders.

If anyone has any further suggestions. I have great video of eisenhower of course, roosevelt, leo dicaprio, tim mcgraw, bob ross (i love this man), but would love to have more stories to tell.
