    and haven't lost much (if any) weight -- my scale will show 1 or 2 pounds lost one week, then back to the beginning the next one. I don't weigh more than once a week.

    I've got an obstacle course race in the morning & a fundraising bike ride at the end of the month. Got to keep on keeping on, right?

      but didn't change my eating.  I lost about 10 pounds in six months.  Once I started on my eating plan (about 1,200-1,400 calories per day), while maintaining the exercise, I lost 80 pounds in 7 months.

      Cutting back on calories and watching the nutrition content of what I ate made all the difference.  I wasn't exercising as much as you are now, so maybe that would have made a difference.  But I know that my eating plan made a huge difference.
