OK I'll say int again, but I cannot believe in a country of small business this isnt common sense.

TAx codes and business taxes do NOT CAUSE businesses to hire and fire people.  NEVER HAVE NEVER WILL.  Why do we buy into this bullshit.

I hire someone for my business, not because of the goodness of my heart, NOPE< I do it to USE THEM. I use their labor and expertise to make myself MORE MONEY.  They cost my x, but make me Y. Y is higher thats why they have a job.

I am so sick of this, the rich make the jobs, so lets be nice to them.  FUCK THEM, they use us to expand their wealth.  Its a trade off many of us allow.  You pay me 50k, be me being a part of the company I make you another 100k.

Now EVER EVER EVER...fucking ever.. have I said to my business partners, listen my personal tax code went up, I have to pay more taxes, so lets not hire that new guy that was set to make us even more money.

That is so fucking beyond the realm of reality, it is BEYOND ME, it gets played out as real in the media, and even here.

Yeah Im ranting, why?  because i cant believe people are stupid enough to think the rich hire people in order to be nice.  ITS TO USE YOU ( which is often fine if the pay is reasonable)

Fucking PERSONAL TAXES NEVER EVER comes into the decision whether to hire new workers,  EVER!!!

Bad is never good until worse happens

When personal taxes are high there is a direct incentive to hire. If I had to pay a top marginal rate of 50-60%, at a certain point it would make better sense to invest back into the company, and often times this is in the form of hiring extra staff to expand sales and markets.

Conversely, when personal taxes are low there's an incentive to pull out as much money from your company as you can while the getting's good.

The polls don't tell us how a candidate is doing; they tell us how the media is doing.
