    First, to Congressman Grijalva, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking on this issue and for you public service.

    I think my first comment on DK stated how angry I have felt about the current "state of the Nation," in no small part because of the unemployment issues so many people have had to face.  My husband was out of work for two full years, and he's over 50; double-whammy discrimination.  His current employment isn't much, but it's something; better than nothing.

    My question is exactly as marketgeek posed, how to put teeth in this?  Presuming one could even obtain the necessary proof required to prove discrimination.

      any kind of discrimination is set phenomenally high, IMO.  I applaud this effort, primarily because I know Rep. Grijalva really means it from the heart. But frankly, our hearts aren't getting us much these days. Too many of our fellow Americans don't have one.

       

      REPEAL the Telecomm Act & REVIEW this decision. NO journalist should be fired because their boss can't have the truth told.
