    Federal prosecutors are pleased with the verdict.

    ...now, only Goldman Sachs has the ability to "manipulate the market in unfair ways," a capability the company said the "software" Aleynikov "stole" has.

    Let's get it right, here. Aleynikov stole the toys Goldman Sachs uses to to manipulate the market and gets eight years in the clink. Goldman Sachs, meanwhile, steals hundreds of billions of dollars from the American people, and they arrest some Indian guy and Blankfein lurches back to his super-criminal lair for lunch with Jamie Dimon and the Federal boys.

    I might have expected more coverage of this from DKos than a summary wrap in an open thread.
