    because of the number of different hydrogen explosions among the reactors, the hydrogen very likely came from the spent fuel pond releasing hydrogen in #4, may have come from the reactors when they vented them, which indicates fuel rod damage, or a combination in the case of unit #3 which had low water in the fuel pool as well as high pressure in the reactor vessel.
