      so hadn't, until today. Thank you, JM.

      I am unwilling to send money to the American Red Cross, because so much of it... sits. I don't think ShelterBox is appropriate for northern Japan. The Japanese Red Cross site is almost impossible, unfortunately. Doctors W/O Borders is not earmarking for Japan. etc.

      However, after looking around, I found this. Google has set up a 100% passthrough into the Japanese Red Cross. You don't get a US tax writeoff, but I don't care.
