who made a similar but far more confusing comment on the local RW newspaper's comment board.  His theory had a lot to do with the Bush administration's positive contribution to the economy.

This is not my strong suit and by the time we had gotten to the third comment and reply, I was lost in gibberish-land myself...budget, surplus, deficit, debt...all sounded and meant the same.

So, I Googled and found this handy-dandy definition of words used all the time but rarely understood:

budget surplus and other Bagger semantic hazards:

why aren't prominent democrats having fun with it?  This is really stupid shit and people like Senators and Representatives need to stand up and call bullshit bullshit.

They think this endless blather of word soup does not effect the rational intellect of America.

They have never heard of complex nominalism or how complex modifiers can mask the embedded assumptions and shield them not only from challenge but make them seem such a natural part of the dialogue that they are taken as immutable truth.

In short, they couldn't "message" their way out of a paper bag so they don't recognize when it's being done to them (and us.)

Same old, same old for 30+ years.

Sometimes when life hands you lemons, you should throw them back.
