  •  I hope people are still mad in 2014. (10+ / 0-)

Who knows how people will feel in a few years. These data seem to open the door for a Democrat, but we lost every single statewide office last year. Sen. Bill Nelson is the only one left.

I'm gay and I'm pissed. I'm not giving up, I'm not giving in, I'm not backing down, and I'm not going away. I'm one of the Angry Gays. Deal with it.

part of the state and we rarely get Democratic candidates with the support & backing of the party yet we outregister Republicans in the county. Messaging is key and for the most part, it never happens up here.

It is a little bit country here and they do fall for the guy with his sleeves rolled up. They vote what (R) they're used to doing. Two weeks ago, our county just voted in a mayor who joked about blowing people up to bits, got press for it and so he's the mayor. !

So - this buyer's remorse polling just ticks me off. As a voting populace we're fickle and stupid and never seem to be in it for the long game.

The Jacksonville mayor contest ended up in a run-off between Democratic Alvin Brown & Republican Mike Hogan to be decided May 17th.
