It's good, of course.  Shari'ah is the set of rules by which Muslims live their lives.  Through Shari'ah, Muslims know which foods and drinks are acceptable to eat and which are not.  They're the rules that govern how we pray, and how we fast, and how much we should give in charity (at a minimum).  They're the rules that tell us how we should conduct ourselves in both the lesser pilgrimage, the umrah and the greater pilgrimage, the hajj.  They're the rules that tell us what to whisper into a newborn's ears, how we should get married, how we should bury our dead, and how the deceased's estate should be divided between his or her heirs.

And because we know Shari'ah is good, those non-Muslims who fear and oppose Shari'ah look foolish in Muslim eyes.  Because if they really knew what Shari'ah was, they too would know that Shari'ah is good, and they might even embrace it as well.

Muslims and tigers and bears, oh my!
