Fitzwalker are very confident they will win in the state supreme court, where this will likely end up.  They are acting with the arrogance of those who know how the story ends....

All the Prosser Court has to do is rule that the law was not in fact a fiscal law, and that it was passed properly without need of a quorum of whatever-size, and that there was obviously ample public notice as shown by the size of the protests.

Thus what we have to do is:

        Overthrow Prosser on Tuesday's election.

Delay and delay and delay any of this reaching the Wisconsin Supreme Court until after he's outta there (his term ends on 31 July if I remember correctly).

And then if they do manage to get this into the Wisconsin Supreme Court in time for Prosser to have a vote in it:

        1)  Federal lawsuit over the obvious ethics violation of a known vocal Walker supporter (Prosser) not recusing himself.  (I am not a lawyer, I have no clue about whether something like this could get standing in federal court.)

1.1)  Any other lawsuits that could be raised on different grounds, to block or delay or tie it up procedurally.

        2)  Recall, recall, recall, and more recall.

        3)  "General Informational Picket" as an alternative to general strike.  This would be decentralized mass action, with picketers on street corners in every city and town in Wisconsin, as part of the recall strategy.
