you have wishywashy emotion based "definitions" in your head. You are exactly the problem. You define capitalism as what you want it to be when you want it to be that.

And note: I could give a fuck what marx thought. That you choose to base your economic "ideology" on the terms of marxist thought doesnt concern me any more than Geithner buying into neoliberalism does.

Capitalism is a specific thing. It is not an emotion. It is not whatever you wish it to be at the moment. The single most accurate  definition of capitalism is the borrowing and lending of money. Nothing more or less. All other things within a capitalist system fall from that.

And according to your mushyheaded definition every form of economic system ever concieved, or concievable is capitalism. It is shockingly muddleheaded.

    •  Rofl! And you want to "educate" us? (0+ / 0-)

This response is almost as laughable as your original diary.

Capitalism isn't what I "want" it to be.  It is what consensus reality says it is.

And what's remarkable about the term, "capitalism," is the degree of consensus across the ideological spectrum about what it is.

And what it is, is not your singular, individual, crackpot definition.

What I'm trying to get across to you is no one on the planet on the right or the left agrees with your definition of capitalism.  And the rest of your "analysis" is laughably incoherent.

Before you try to "educate" us, first you desperately need to educate yourself because frankly, you don't know what you're talking about -- at all.

by your braindead definition soviet communism is literally capitalism. A more stupid idea i cannot concieve. If you managed to graduate high school that says volumes about the american education system.
