    The first requirement for implementing the repeal is getting the troops trained up on policy. This is being done now, and as you can see from these training slides the repeal is comprehensive, and includes such things as -

    Promotions will be merit based without regard to sexuality

    There will be no segregation in living quarters based on sexuality.

    Those who believe they've been discriminated against can seek redress through existing means like EO, IG, Chain of Command, etc.

    There will be no data maintained on sexual orientation.

    There will be no requirement to declare sexual orientation.

    And many other policies that can all be seen here.
