  •  One other red flag: Turnout (10+ / 0-)

According to my quick perusal, Wisconsin had an impressive turnout of 33%:
    Statewide

In Wood County it was 43%:
    Wood County

The "found" votes in Brookfield city (where prosser picked up his overtime gain) was 53%:
    Brookfield

ANY area reporting 20 points over the statewide turnout, past the last minute, swinging the election,

    IS. A. RED. BLINKING. LIGHT.

Did you check Dane County's turnout? I think it was highest of all. Best comparison of Waukesha is with the surrounding counties. The "new" turnout % puts them about equal with Ozaukee (also wingnut country) and Washington.

I'd love to be able to point the finger on turnout, but I can't see the basis for it.

      •  Dane Cty turnout was tracked. (5+ / 0-)

Brookfield clerk said turnout was lower than reported state. Then suddenly bam Brookfield is higher than a kite.

I'm not saying this is proof of anything. It's just odd that Brookfield suddenly boosts Waukesha County's turnout and blows past everyone else ... the next day, from someone's personal computer.

Ya gotta admit, inspector, it looks funny. Should we send a man over and check it out, or call it a day?

Definitely check it out. But don't get your hopes up.

On Tuesday, shockingly-large turnout suddenly emerged from Waukesha County, which did not comport with either the results of previous spring elections, or even internal estimates from city officials mid-day. In fact, a Waukesha City Deputy Clerk said at 1:18pm that turnout was very typical, predicting somewhere between 20 to 25 percent. As Tuesday night wore on, reporting in Waukesha County stopped altogether for hours, leaving observers to wonder what was going on. Then suddenly, results suggesting massive turnout started to pour in rapidly with Prosser adding dramatically to his total by a 73-27 percent margin
