to term need pre-natal care so that their embryos and fetuses can remain health and ultimately be born healthy.  Why do Republicans hate those embryos and fetuses?

those embryos and fetuses even more after they're born, especially those born to poor woman.  Make sure they're born, but don't give them food assistance so they don't go hungry; housing assistance so they don't go homeless; cut Medicaid and if they make it that far, Medicare; gut public education and access to higher education; and slash all the middle class jobs they would need to have a decent standard of living.

      •  If I was a racist, and I was (0+ / 0-)

looking at public policy from an analytical perspective, I would want women of color to get more sex education, more contraceptives, and, if God forbid their contraceptives fail, more abortions.  If the coloreds reproduced less, there would be fewer coloreds (please note I'm writing in character as a fake racist).

This indicates to me that racism goes hand-in-hand with poor cognitive skills, poor reasoning ability... in general, racists are morans.

        •  but your analytics are pitched at the (0+ / 0-)

individual level here (problematic syntax of "in character" prose aside); the real anti-poverty, anti-minority analytic sees simply that a group of people, who shouldn't get things and who don't deserve them are getting something funded out of the public sector.

That's really where the problem lies.
