    Weight loss is always about your diet, period.  When you include exercise, that ramps up your metabolism and keeps you burning calories after your workout.  And I mean working out to get your heart rate up.  Everyone always asks about how to get those abs, well, abs start in the kitchen.  Eating clean is serious.  Exercising is great for toning up.  All women should lift weights at least 2-3's a week.  For strengthening bone density and burning off fat along with toning your muscles.

    It can be done.  You must be committed and keep going.  But above all else, folks need to keep MOVING.
