    The guy who wrote the book has studied it and his father before him.

    It deals with how your body reacts to foods. Not everyone can eat the same foods. That is true for Mercola's as well as the ERFYBT.

    As an O, I'm not supposed to eat chicken, cantaloupe and a few other things. Interesting how those very foods disagree with me, even if they taste good.
