    Using Waukesha County as an example.

    There were about 125,000 ballots cast for Supreme Court.
    There were about 107,000 ballots cast for the next countywide down-ticket race.
    125,000-107,000 = 18,000 more votes for Supreme Court than for the next countywide down-ticket race. (or Supreme Court Only votes)

    The percentage of Supreme Court Only votes is equal to the number of Supreme Court Only votes divided by the total number of Supreme Court votes:

    18,000/125,000 = 14.4%

    So, 14.4% of all ballots cast for Supreme Court did not mark the next down-ticket race. (Supreme Court Only votes)

    Note that I rounded to the nearest 500 votes in most, if not all cases.
