did the numbers from the other races in the ghost city change in a comparable way as did the numbers for the Supreme Court race? For example, if one were to assume that other races in this city had a similar partisan split as the SC race, did the other races also have increased vote totals at approximately the same percentage?

I believe the votes were not missed in terms of the ballots not all being counted, I believe Nikolaus said she made an error importing columns of data. So she could have imported the other races correctly, but just not the supreme court race. If this is what happened, the other races wouldn't change due to the error.

But maybe she imports all of a municipality's columns at once?

I think the statement by the Dem election watcher puts a new light on things though. They were clearly behaving in a way that suggests they were trying to bamboozle her. If not, then I'm not sure why they behaved so strangely. A full recount is needed now more than ever.

And their behavior for those 2 days is very incriminating.

      •  There was a Circuit Court Judge race (7+ / 0-)

in Waukesha that was highly contested, that also saw an increase in votes....

        From the Brookfield Patch

Carter won the election by about 67 percent of the vote. But, when the updated totals from Brookfield were added in, his lead of 31,841 votes over Stilling was extended to 35,859 over the Waukesha County Circuit Court judge who was appointed by former Gov. Jim Doyle in 2010

The final count was 18,000 votes (in total) less than the Supreme Court race.

In Sheboygan County, a similar race had a comparable number of votes compared to the Supreme Court race.

Two fairly close counties, in voting demographics, yet one had a huge undervote for a contentious race (Wausheka), while the other did not (Sheboygan).
