    I am very nervous about the use of computers and voting.  I can't even understand how one person can have some spreadsheet on their computer that counts for legitimate tallies.  Why couldn't the computer operator just move things from one column to another.  Who would know what was going on?

    What is the most foolprood method of voting?

    There has got to be some better oversight in voting than what we are seeing in Wisconsin, where one person can handle the information.

      you are quite right about that.  There must be real databases with audit controls and change records.

      For a single precinct, where the voter sign-in tallies have traditionally been done on the back of an envelope, it can't hurt.
