  •  The US DoJ and the FBI must look into this (19+ / 0-)

This really appears scandalous. it needs the highest profile so that all 50 states take actions to prevent anyone from doing this crap anywhere again.

    •  which is why they won't (7+ / 0-)

Chances are those in office will continue to avoid looking into election fraud and the infiltrated courts will find a convenient reason to dismiss the case.
      Hope I'm wrong this time.
Bush admin was a coup d'etat by the Supreme Court and vote manipulation in Florida. His re-election was won through rampant election fraud in Ohio, courtesy of Ken Blackwell. You can see the stories in old postings of
Electronic voting and counting machines have invaded the nation. Results are then unobservable and unverifiable- they are fictitious electrons inside the machine that can be configured to any outcome by those within the election boards that control them or by the technicians that "maintain" them. Paper trails out of such machines can echo what the voter expects to see while recording something entirely different within.
The GOP has infiltrated our courts and Department of Justice (despite the Dem head cover Holder) and no well-documented election fraud case has made the light of day. This is not being covered in the corporate media - ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS- not a peep.

    •  The Obama administration's failure to investigate (6+ / 0-)

the Bush administration was an ominous sign.  It indicated that they did not really care about democracy, but cared more about getting along with the oligarchic kleptocracy.  If they fail to investigate this, there will be no doubt (if there was any doubt) where they stand.  Democracy in this country is becoming a sham if it is not already one.  If democracy is a sham, we have no chance to affect progressive change through the electoral process and will have to pursue other approaches.
