  •  Someday I hope to have the same feeling about (8+ / 0-)

Holder that you have but right now he is about two grades below D- based on overall performance.

I don't dislike all conservatives... mainly just the ones that vote Republican.

    •  I would suspect then that you would give (10+ / 0-)

Obama a D- too.  I'm an Obama supporter, but I don't have any problem if you don't feel that way -- I would just rather have pie and milk for a snack than to throw one.

I just had dinner then looked through some of my favorites.  Did a Google search.  There are lots of articles about the official request and I suspect I glanced through some of those and saw Holder's comments. I'll probably find it sometime or other.   He has to get his legal ducks in a row.  I'm not a lawyer, but I do believe that he will look into it and since he has a formal request, he will have to answer it one way or the other. 2e0.html

Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) last night sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder asking for a federal investigation into the questionable handling of vote records in Waukesha County.

Baldwin wrote Holder, “Following this week’s election for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, numerous constituents have contacted me expressing serious doubt that this
election was a free and fair one.  They fear, as I do, that political interests are manipulating the results.”

To assure public confidence in our democratic election process and guarantee that votes are fairly counted and reported, Baldwin asked Holder to assign the Justice Department Public Integrity Section, which oversees the federal prosecution of election crimes, to investigate the questionable handling of vote records in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

Did you see yourguest's diary?  If they find a smoking gun that goes back several years it would be very, very big.  This diary is starting to get press in other places. I get a big smile whenever I think about it.
