    Who's getting defended with all those hundreds of billions?  "Empire spending" is what it really is.

      done and home in July in part, and the other done completely and closed out in December, which means budget adjustments accordingly. And it will not be in R power as it is in O's to point out that the expensive war in A is rolling down, see all these soldiers come home, and the other one is gone soon, and the budget lines for it. And with the WAR UN, there is less incentive now to unilaterally send out more troops. The fight on these will not be done before the first Afghan troops come back, at which point our budget team should put in a cut off date for money to get the rest out. Ditto for the returnees from Iraq around the holidays.
