    I write you from Rome, where it was the first news item and the main headline for most newspapers.  It's a huge deal--nothing like it has ever happened here.  

    Keep in mind that no on is going to jail until after the Court of Appeals makes their decision, and of course this is being appealed by Thyssen Krupp.  

    There are an alarming number of work-related deaths in Italy, mostly at construction sites.  Just the other day, a worker died at the Saras refinery in Sardinia, a company that already had 3 deaths occur just a few years ago at the same plant.
