    This is not true. You do not need private sector experience to know that dumping chemicals in a river is a bad idea.

    I were to propose a punitive tax on such chemicals, where I work doesn't matter. You need to analyze the tax proposal on its own merits, not because you think they guy who proposed it may be smart, dumb, evil, or good.

    None of America's Founding Fathers had any experience being a Monarch. Yet they were all uniquely qualified to criticize King George III!
