    He did not commit tax fraud.  At all.  

    He lied on his disclosure of income forms, which isn't a crime according to all statements from the experts.  It damn well OUGHT to be, but it's not.

    Why this zombie lie of his "tax cheating" won't die I do not understand.  All people have to do is read the Times article (and many others on the subject).

      I also recall, without looking at the backup, that it was ethics forms that excluded her clearly partisan work.

        But for Supreme Court justices it's not even criminal, it's just stinky.

        It makes me sad how long this zombie has been shuffling around here, and it's all because people don't link and read, they just lazily keep repeating false information.

        I think this fails to reach that standard.  By a long shot, no matter how much we may despise Thomas and feel, justifiably so, that he's incompetent.
