      for birding trips.  Most trips (at least in our area) are free, other than park admissions when applicable.  I've learned a lot from those trips, and they're very good about how they treat new birders.  If the leaders know that they have newbies in the group, they'll spend more time on specifics of identification and even on basics of birding like how to get your binoculars on a bird more easily, and how to give directions to a bird's location.

      They only call it Class War when we fight back.
