  •  It's the ultimate stumbling block of electoral (12+ / 0-)

politics, how the "good cop, bad cop" routine of Democrats vs. Republicans provides a nice little pretend theater of "struggle."

The real struggle is class war.  We, the workers and those in true solidarity with us, are on one side.  The employing class, and their bought-and-paid-for politicians (of all parties), are on the other side.

As long as people keep believing that they are meaningfully struggling by engaging in useless electoral games, switching one group of oppressors out for another, the longer we will keep getting our asses kicked in this war.

People distracting us with "but we need unity and voting for Nader equals Bush aaahhhh!!111!1" is going to keep killing us, too.

The administration has done virtually nothing designed to reward its partisans. - Kos 8/31/10
