    ..the point about benefits won through collective bargaining.  

    On the other hand, it seems misguided to suggest that states that for whatever reason decide to limit bargaining rights of public sector unions, when these aren't required by NLRA, is in fact a curtailment of the rights of those protected by this law in the private sector.  It's a slippery slope argument at best.
