I grew up in MN and remember the advertising.  Lately I just skim dkos and otherwise would have passed this by since I don't know the race.

I've contributed though and am following the senate races more closely.  I hope this is good news for the recall.  But I'm guessing the recall will have higher turnout and will pull out more opposition from the right than this contest.  Turnout was 15,600 total votes,  about 2/3s of the 24,000 turnout in 2010.

I'm amazed, delighted and proud of Wisconsin progressives.  Stay strong.

The Wisconsin GOP mantra is, 'this is all blowing over.  People will like Scott Walker's changes.  This is all fading away.'

      Except, it's not.

      •  I hope the GOP rank and file keep believing that (4+ / 0-)

there is more chance they become complacent.

By the way, I've been drinking  a bit of New Glarus beer and it is much better than the Old Style I remember from college days.

        Thanks again for the diary.

          But they are chanting it.

I like the New Glarus beer.  I noticed it when it hit the market cuz I took a bike trip to that town a couple decades ago.
