    Note, for the 100th time--there is no "reporters privilege" in the U.S. Constitution.  That's why Judith "Ahmed told me" Miller is going to the big house.

    Reporters may publish what they will, barring sailing times for military ships.   What they cannot do is hide their sources.  This is hornbook, black letter law, folks.  

    Therefore, there is no blogger's privilge either.

      Judge Sweet ruled otherwise.
