    candida albicans overgrowth, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, leaky gut syndrome/gluten intolerance, and even whether your work/living space has problems like mold.

    Fuzzy thinking can be a result of any or all of those. There are lots of symptoms that show up across the spectrum, and because they're not quantifiable they tend to be dismissed in a mechanistic medical model.

    The best solution is to be very pro-active and self-educated. Most generalized docs don't have the training/time to learn much about those kinds of problems, and even the specialists are locked into their fields, as witness the Lyme ones who say there's only the one test.
