That's as good of a description of "dancing for joy" as I've ever seen. I love these dudes.

I was just sort of looking like the RCA dog with my head tilted to one side like "Rur?". LOL It was a crazy sensation and it took a minute to absorb. I was trying it on, this new experience of "first black somebody". It was well worn but it fit right in my hand. Not like I haven't seen first blacks in my lifespan, but this was different. It was like being passed a torch at the top of a mountain. All these fires had been lit on the way up but this fire burned at the SUMMIT. Let them scale the mountain and try to extinguish THIS fire.

And they did try. They still try.

After all that poetic rumination I just grabbed a dog's paws and danced, much to the dog's confusion. The other dog was barking out the window because there were a few random cheers in the dark. I think that dog was a Republican and a hater. ;-P
