    This is debate we need to be having in America. 15...16...17% or more spending on heath care is what is going to bankrupt us. Other developed countries are getting better results at half the price.

    Cutting Medicare and Medicaid only shifts the costs to the states, municipalities and hospitals. It doesn't save us money at all.

    As others have said, there is more to talk about on this subject. But, THIS is the paramount discussion we should be having right now as a country.
