  •  We are also overtraining (0+ / 0-)

    a lot of our personnel.

The pediatrician who spends all day looking at kids with snotty noses and telling the moms to use car seats is highly trained in infant intubation and all kinds of very fine and challenging pediatric work.

A nurse is very well trained for that work, and probably better trained in some areas like breastfeeding, nutrition, and potty training.

Better division of tasks would help immensely.

Fry, don't be a hero! It's not covered by our health plan!
