    if they cannot be put into action. The problem is not technical; it almost never is. It's about the toxic mix of arrogance and ignorance that infects our society and politics. If that doesn't change, all the great plans in the world will not help. Not that I think this isn't a great plan.

      maybe the neocons would start wondering
      if they make a mistake funding the arabs.

        It will be both good security and good business for them.  

        Carbon free is doubtful, as I'm sure they'll use any national gas they find in the country.
