    as an example -- as you say -- of "bad science."  It is not related to science by the remotest stretch of the rational mind.

    The justice is correct.

    There exist more than one scientific theory about the origins of human kind and about the origins of all life on Earth.  Creationism is not one of them.

    It should not be taught at all except to be counter argued when raised in the classroom as a question or assertion from a student as another "theory."  On such occasions, it's time to teach (or re-teach) what the scientific method is, what "theory" means when talking about scientific subjects, and how to identify claptrap being sold as "scientific theory."
