      expected to create the very jobs, not creating them. We've thrown money at them. How much more do they need before they will create a job. They are sitting on mountains of cash so high they can't figure out how to get down.

        about what tax rate was most conducive to creating jobs. I don't remember the details, but the upshot was that when taxes go up, jobs are created because creating jobs create more revenue for the business (and more tax write-offs) so the owner makes more money by expanding the business. When taxes are low, business owners just take the money instead of creating jobs.
