    in the 60's and 70's and hoped my role was done.  I moved on to other things, leaving this in the hands of others more powerful, more dedicated than me.

    I shouldn't have.

    I took it back up in 2001 and have written my legislators, voted, talked, written editorials, educated the girls and young women of my neighborhood and my local colleges, and fight against the attitudes of people like my former husband - who sees nothing wrong with any of this, rolls his eyes when I say the government is taking away women's rights - the rights of his daughter, his mother (because he doesn't care about me), and tells me I'm wrong.  And this was a man who marched with me...

    How did they change?  Why did they change?  And how can we get them to listen again?

    How many helicoptors does it take to make the color blue?
