    Isn't that "kick-ass" to me, nor was refusing to actually go tough on now-Sen. Ron Johnson when control of the Senate was in jeopardy. So, for me, the best thing for the nation would be for Russ Feingold to retire to a farm somewhere and grow chickens and marijuana until the end of his days, far from the political scene.

    As for Secy. Bowen, one hopes she will learn from the mistakes she made here (allowing Hahn to consolidate supporters and build up her campaign infrastructure before Bowen officially got into the race) and succeed in her future political endeavors.

        Though I see Feingold as far more ideological than legalistic. And I think he'd struggle to win confirmation. He really alienated a lot of his colleagues while in the Senate, IIRC.
