    Number one still seems to be a "trust us!" thing.

    Of course I personally trust you and wouldnt be worried about it under your control. Others dont know you or the other members of this 'board'. I can very well see a circumstance in which DK finds it useful to allow Fox or Redstate etc to use images here and that a lot of us would be very very upset at that happening.

    Though if you are explicitly saying a photographer has the rights to revoke the image and that DK will be bound to remove it from availability that nearly seals that hole.

      that neither Fox nor Redstate would ever get permission to use the photos. The gray area is pretty much limited to the old discussion of what constitutes "progressive." Fox and Redstate certainly don't fall in that area, and neither do any of the major network news. Looking at the Daily Kos blogroll gets you more into the ballpark of what might be up for discussion.
