    The administration should take any vote against raising the debt ceiling as a message that it's time to start slashing spending in GOP districts. As I understand it, the ceiling has already been surpassed, but the administration is managing funds to avoid running out of money until August. Well, if Congress demonstrates it can't increase the ceiling now, then "manage" the remaining funds differently to immediately impact the districts of those who vote against it. Then we'll see how the party holds together.
