    Seriously, why is this man a Justice? He has no problem speaking at Koch brothers events, but won't say a word during oral arguments? He breaks the law on his tax returns and gets away with it. He sees himself as above the law he brings down on the lesser folk.

      The forms in question are NOT tax forms. In fact, these disclosure forms don't even have any numbers on them. Why people keep confusing the disclosure forms of members of the federal judiciary with IRS forms is hard to understand. We have no suggestion whatsoever that the Thomas' have filed incorrect IRS returns or have failed to disclose any income.

      Thomas thinks the other justices ask too many questions and don't let counsel explain their positions and that is why he is silent. It's a protest.
