Back in October of 2009, they looked like this.

    CNN/HLN: 99.098 million HHs

    CNBC: 96.78 million HHs

    FNC: 96.26 million HHs

    MSNBC: 92.64 million HHs

There's not much of a difference between the number of households that have FoxNews versus MSNBC, and CNN has consistently had the most households, yet FoxNews consistently beats them all, hands down, in primetime.

I'm not praising FoxNews by saying this - I'm simply pointing out a fact. FoxNews sucks. It's horrible that they are so dishonest and so corrupted by their desire to promote the Republican brand.

But none of that changes the fact that the reason they have a ton more viewers has nothing to do with the fact that they're in more households, since they aren't in more households than CNN and only about 4% more than MSNBC!
