  •  Excellent ideas. (0+ / 0-)

Maybe lose the Breitbart portion of the title?  Ignoring a conspiricy is not the same as inventing one.

This is a story that is important to tell.

Where the "Brietbarting" will be the Bill Murray as FDR (an utterly unlikely casting choice) and the one movie that is actually getting MADE will explore his alleged affair with a young woman.

      That is the "Breitbarting" part.

And, I'm pretty much over any fondness I may have had for Murray.  Maybe it's just the paycheck, but he's participating in rat-fucking the author of the America's 20th century economic miracle.  I just lost a huge amount of respect for him.  He can take his Ghostbusters sequel and jam it up his ass.

      •  Thank you. I did indeed miss the connection. (4+ / 0-)

It is illuminating to learn that we can now ignore history if it doesn't fit our politics - like the right wing does.  And that we now have a phrase that will adequately describe our disgust of any actor or producer who allows one reality to upstage another reality.

Sex will always sell better than treason, why blame the messenger?  Blame the patrons.

If they were really "Breitbarting" the project they could have worked a little treason into the cousin story and sex into the treason story.  Back to the drawing board.

Having an affair wasn't one of them.

          It's just a sleazy rat-fuck.

"Powerful men use their power to seduce women (get sex)" phase.  As though this is a new thing and not one that even cave men (and women) recognized.

The fact that men who do very important things fall into the same category is unfortunate but interesting all the same.  We LIKE to know they are just like us in at least one way.  And when they do so outside current norms, we like it even better.  And when they are politicians - that's the best of all.
