  •  I hope the bastards that push this (13+ / 0-)

are ready to attend all the funerals of the people killed by the unemployed drug addicts who suddenly find themselves without the means to live or to fuel their addictions.

What in the hell do they think is going to happen, these drug users are just going to up and stop and say "Wow, this is not good.  I need my welfare.  I guess I'll just stop using crack/heroin/meth now, because to tell the truth I had never thought about it before, but it's probably not doing me too much good"?

Or do they expect them to just meekly starve to death while these idiotic puritans wag their fingers in one big orgy of moralistic onanism?

Sorry.  It's not going to happen.

    Cornered animals fight.

Drug addicts do what it takes to get their stuff.  Starving people will kill for food.

    This policy will kill people.

It will kill a lot of people and though I'm sure that the self-righteous monsters pushing this would be perfectly happy to see those drug-using welfare recipients die off and rid the public of the need to support them, I wonder how their going to feel about all the people that get killed while they struggle to survive.

I wonder how happy they're going to be about paying the price of incarceration.

The more time goes by, the more it becomes clear that being a Republican requires one to be unintelligent or immoral.  Unfortunately that 'or' is not exclusive.

I'm from the government and I'm here to help. Oh, yeah, and Ronald Reagan was an idiot and a lousy president.

    •  Dude, a hungry person doesn't kill for food. There (0+ / 0-)

are too many places that offer meals for free. But a drug addict will steal and kill to feed their addiction. Don't confuse the two. I know this all too well, my brother will killed by a drug addict.
