    You just need a majority of the House to vote to impeach and 2/3 of the Senate to vote to convict, et voila.

    Barack Obama did not decide that "actual children" must die to preserve the lives of "hypothetical children.  Barack Obama in consultation with the United Nations decided that intervention was appropriate.  As a result of actions taken during that intervention some children have died.  

    What gave our great and wise leader the right to act was a UN resolution.  Had our great and wise leader not acted inevitably there would have been children who died and his inaction would have blamed.  

    When you are a world leader tasked with making major decisions inevitably your decisions will be linked to the lives and deaths of many people.  Even someone of your doubtlessly unimpeachable character would not be able to avoid that fact if you were president.
