    you actually had the Libyan people asking for international help, and only then did we, as part of an international coalition, intervene. While Saddam was a monster, and I'm guessing most people in Iraq hated him, the dynamic there wasnt the same, you didnt see signs of an uprising or people requesting help, except for sketchy people like Chalabi.

      think that the United Nations is rightfully the only authority that can authorize the international use of force for reasons other than self defense.

      The UN Security Council is the worst possible forum for international law, except for all the others.
