  •  I haven't read the whole thing but tipping and (0+ / 0-)

rec'ing you just for writing a diary using the word FISA in it.

    And, the title no less.

Did you ever see that Dilbert cartoon, where Dilberts, idiot boss keeps sending him back to reduce his 100 page engineering report to a high level management PowerPoint presentation of bullet points.

Finally, after many rounds Dilbert comes back with a PowerPoint slide that says "Oxygen is Good." and his boss is pleased.

I think if you did a second version of this great analysis that said "The Bill of Rights is Good" you could probably get at least 100 people here at Daily Kos to agree with this.

Of, course just by mentioning the word FISA, you will invoke the displeasure of some who thinking you are attacking President Obama.

Back in the old days of the Bush Administration some of us could get to the top of the Rec list just by saying, FISA restrictions to our rights of privacy are bad.  And, dropping Dick Cheney's name, a few times.

We didn't even have to mention the 4th Amendment or anything.

    Good luck.

I'm really good someone has the passion for freedom, and our Constitution, and the energy and thick hide needed to fight for our civil rights, still.
