    about Dayton-- he wasn't such a great Senator because he lacks the huge ego necessary to contend with that bunch.

    My words: He has been a wonderful surprise. I voted for him, not exactly reluctantly, but without a ton of entusiasm. I had no idea he would be so strong. I call him & email him a lot, thanking him for his stands. His symbolic veto of the anti-gay marriage constitutional amendment made me burst into tears when I called & left a message thanking him for it.
    I think I'll call him again tonight & encourage him not to give in one more inch.

       . . . a little leery after his Senatorial term, but he's in the "job of his life", as it were, and he is making his stand.  He is in a position to truly do the right thing.  When I saw what was happening to my home state in January, I was so grateful that Mark Dayton was now our governor.

      Supply follows consumption. You cannot stimulate consumption by crushing the consumer. Deal with it.
